TEHRAN- Iran’s Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) and Australia’s Avass Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the joint manufacturing of electric cars and motorcycles in Iran
According to MOU that signed on Aug.27,2018 in Tehran ,the Australian side will transfer related technology to Iran and also invest 100 million EUR for joint manufacturing of the mentioned products. Avass Group established in 2011 in Melbourne a leading company in vehicle industry has chosen Iran as it’s production and export center in the West Asia-Central Asia-Russia Region and it is committed to establish a research and development center in Iran and it’s cooperation with the other companies in the region will be supervised by Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran
